It's our privilege to announce that we will run our 11th DTS (5 month long Discipleship Training School) starting March 14, 2012.


Lecture Phase : Starts March 14, 2012 and lasts three months.

Outreach Phase : June - August.

 

Costs per person: Lecture Phase and Outreach  : Category  A -  $ 700 US  Category  B -  $ 500 US / Category  C – Rs.18,000.

Our present situation:
  • We live on the outskirts of the city but it becomes more and more urbanized.
  • In 2000, Dehradun became the capital of Uttarakhand. Since then the price of buying land and renting houses has more than doubled.
  • Today we rent seven houses. In one, we have a classroom, the office and the girls dorm. The second house is for the boys dorm and the other five are for the families that live outside of the centre. Yearly rent is Rs. 4,25,600 (approx. $9,100 USD / 6700 Euro).
  • We believe strongly in multiplication through training.


When we run a DTS we can’t run a secondary level school at the same time! So we need to find a piece of land. We have found a piece of very suitable property and want to take up the challenge.
